Holiday first aid tips at Annahilt WI
ANNAHILT: At the May meeting of Annahilt WI Vivien Hutchinson, a qualified nurse and midwife who now works as a herbalist, acupuncturist and kinesiologist, was the speaker.
She sparked interest in her work by showing something of kinesiology – muscle-testing to find the body’s needs and, as summer approaches, she spoke of holiday first aid and the importance to us of drinking plenty of water in hot weather.
