Homes approved despite objections

Planners have given Ballymena Council the green light for a proposed housing development in the north of the town despite receiving 10 letters of objection.

The application comprises eight semi-detached two storey dwellings with garages and centres on land south-west of 70 Dunfane Crescent and land to the rear of 21-31 Beech Drive and 1-6 Spruce Park. Its approval was welcomed by Cllr O’Loan.
