Hospice Support Group raises over £900

ANTRIM and Randalstown Hospice Support Group would like to thank everyone who supported their last Flag Day on November 27.

A tremendous £978 was raised throughout the day which is the equivalent of over 30 hours of specialist nursing care in a patient’s home.

Chairperson for the group, Pamela Boyd-Anderson said: “The people of Antrim and Randalstown have always been incredibly generous in supporting the Hospice and we hope they will continue to support us in the future. The Hospice relies on the generosity of the local community to be able to provide its services.

“All the money raised stays here in Northern Ireland and goes to supporting local families who depend on the Hospice for care. On behalf of Hospice I would like to thank the people of Antrim and Randalstown for their continued support.

“Our next flag day is taking place on Saturday, June 25, be sure to look out for us about town.”
