The Market Place based agency has seen a significant number of new properties coming on to the market and Mr Steen reports much more optimism in the local housing market. The rental market is also particularly strong as Lisburn is a very popular residential area for many families and couples.

This optimism is also reflected by Dawn Callender LL.B. principal at Skelton Callender Solicitors. “My practice was only opened in August 2016 and I’m delighted that the conveyancing side of the business has really taken off,” commented Dawn.

From her office at The House of Vic Ryn on Lisburn’s Moira Road, Dawn works on a daily basis with both buyers and sellers in the housing market.

Whether it be something as simple as drafting a Will, or something as complex as reviewing a Commercial Lease or business contract, clients can be confident that they will be dealt with in a caring and professional manner.

The experienced solicitor has also teamed up with Northern Ireland charity, Friends of the Cancer Centre and a portion of her legal fees is donated to the charity for every house transaction completed. This has proved very popular with many local residents who have an affinity with the cancer charity.
