Housing need in the Draperstown area
Sinn Féin Councillor Catherine Elattar has welcomed the news that the Housing Executive is carrying out a Latent Demand Test in Draperstown, to identify the need for social and affordable housing in the area.
“I would encourage anyone who is in housing need in the Draperstown area, or who wishes to live in the area, but has been unable to find suitable accommodation, to contact the Housing Executive,” she said.
“It is vital that the correct number of those requiring housing is recorded, so that resources can be allocated to the areas most in need.
She added that you can register your interest by phoning the Housing Executive on 028 25667881, until Friday, March 20.
