‘Housing stress’
THE number of applicants in ‘housing stress’ on the housing waiting list for Moyle has increased slightly from 165 in December 2010 to 174 in April 2012, the Housing Executive’s North East Area Manager Frank O’Connor told councillors.
Single person households dominate the waiting list, accounting for 48.9% of all applicants in housing stress, he added.
