Topics covered included: Pay per click, Search Engine Optimisation and Making your website work more effectively.

The Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Councillor Trevor Wilson is delighted the council is providing these valuable sessions for local businesses. He said, “This was the second event the Council organised to help local businesses reach their full potential in a largely digital age. The fact that it sold out as quickly as the first one proves there is both an appetite and necessity for it. The final event takes place at the end of the month and I would urge any businesses interested to register now.”

Those who attended the event found it extremely worthwhile. One said, “This was a fantastic and informative session, with inspirational speakers”, while another added, “This workshop was both helpful and encouraging, with lots of great practical ideas and tips to bring back to my business”.

Daryl Conway said: “Today’s workshop focused on two key areas, driving the right type of traffic to your website and then converting that traffic into sales. The delegates left with increased knowledge and practical tips on how to improve their web presence so that it can start to deliver real results for their business.”
