‘How well do you know your town?’

BALLYCASTLE Library presented a night of fun with ‘How well do you know your town?’ to attract new members to the library.

This was a free event for all the family. With a trail of clues around the town making you look for thingS you may pass and never think why is it there or when was it put there.

In all 40 people turned up for the evening. They were of all ages, mothers with prams, children and senior citizens. It started at 6pm and finished at the library with refreshments. The night finished with a draw taking place for under 16 winners and then a draw for 16 and over.

Ballycastle Library would like to thank everyone who took part in the event and would like to think those who helped with the clues. A similar event is hoped to run later in the summer.
