HSE investigating death of man on Dungannon farm
The Health and Safety Executive is investigating the death of a man on a farm between Dungannon and Moy yesterday afternoon (Sunday, September 11).
It is understood the man, who is reported to have been in his 30s, died after becoming trapped in machinery at around 2pm.
A spokesperson for HSENI said: “HSENI is investigating a fatal incident on a farm in the Dungannon area.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this most difficult time.”
