‘Hundreds and thousands’ at Portstewart Young Vision

With sleeves rolled up the young people were guided through the recipe and after much measuring and stirring of ingredients were soon filling bun cases in eager anticipation of how their cakes would turn out.

Decorated with icing and hundreds and thousands no one had to be asked twice to sample the delights on offer, and the session ended with clean plates all round.

Later the same evening senior members of the youth club were given a masterclass in hair design and styling courtesy of MGM Hairdressing of Portstewart.

With lots of new techniques demonstrated and valuable tricks of the trade learned, bad hair days should now be a thing of the past.
