Husband and wife take on bungee jump and abseil!

In 2013, Chris McIlmoyle was diagnosed with GIST - a rare form of cancer - and as part of his treatment had to have his stomach removed, losing four stone in weight in the process.
Chris travels regularly to the Bridgewater Suite in the Cancer Centre in Belfast City Hospital.

“That’s when I heard that they were organising a fundraiser on April 12th called Taking on the Tower which is an abseil down the 85 metres-high City Hospital Tower block, the third highest building in Northern Ireland.
“On the same day my wife Frances is doing a bungee jump at the Titanic building. The jump was actually a birthday present for her but she has decided to use it to raise funds too.
“And, we are both petrified of heights too!” added Chris.
