Ilex applies forworkshop go ahead
Ilex has applied for permission to develop a proposed craft workshop and incubation units in Building 70 at Ebrington.
The regeneration company wants to create “office/business incubation units” and “community/craft units” with car parking in the former military barracks building adjacent to the Clock Tower.
