'Immigrants and the City' exhibition in Waterside

POLISH Abroad in conjunction with SEEDS has announced the launch of an exhibition 'Immigrants and the City' by Marcin Wilkowski.

The exhibition is by a young polish photographer that has been living in Northern Ireland for a number of years. Marcin Wilkowski was inspired by the country and the people living here, and hence, let the idea grow and turn into the pictures that will be exhibited.

‘Immigrants and the City’ is a series of portraits, which show the people who have arrived to Northern Ireland from all over the world. Its origin is related to the artist’s wish to consider the people with whom he has made acquaintance in Northern Ireland, and to show them in relation to this particular city.
