Commenting on the results, Principal Mrs D. Gillespie paid tribute to students, staff and parents: “I am delighted by the superb results achieved by St Mary’s students this year and I extend my warmest congratulations to each of them. Such success does not occur by chance.

“It is the outcome of consistent endeavour and commitment to study on the part of students, aided by the guidance of highly skilled and dedicated staff,” she said.

“The encouragement and influence of parents and guardians in the learning process are also significant factors in ensuring that students achieve their full potential and I wish to thank parents for their support of the school’s work during their son or daughter’s time at St Mary’s.

“As these young people embark on their chosen university or employment pathway, I wish them continued success.”
