Indecent behaviour
A FINE of £100 was imposed on a Lurgan man last Thursday at Craigavon court for indecent behaviour in a public place on January 10.
He was 20-year-old Alex Wright, of Houston Park, Lurgan, and he admitted the offence through solicitor, Mr Conor Downey.
The court heard that at 1.30am Wright was seen urinating in Market Street in view of members of the public. He had a previous caution for a similar offence.
Mr Downey said that his client had been out with friends and had neglected to go to the bathroom before he left a public house.
