India House Ltd to transform Bay Leaf
AN application has been lodged by India House Ltd. to transform The Bay Leaf restaurant in Londonderry centre and develop a deli and convenience store on the current ground floor and a restaurant on the second floor.
The proposal is for a “change of use from restaurant and deli to convenience store and deli at ground floor” and for a “change of use from offices and stores to restaurant and stores at 1st/2nd floors” at 2 Clarendon Street. The neighbours have been notified.
