Local industry leaders, research institutes and the universities will be showing their expertise in life sciences on an Invest Northern Ireland stand, from 3-6 May, at the Bio 2010 International Convention in Chicago.

BIO represents more than 1,200 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centres and related organisations across the United States and in more than 30 other nations. The Northern Ireland group is among the biggest and most influential organised by Invest NI.

Also taking part will be experts involved in the research and development of agricultural, industrial and environmental biotechnology products. The event is the world’s largest gathering of the biotechnology industry.
