Dr Hollywood said: “I’m so excited to receive this award voted by my Ulster University Business School students! I care about each one of my students and want them to have a great University experience and be successful in whatever they do. However the real success for me in achieving this award is knowing that I have inspired others in their learning in some way.”

One of the students who nominated Lynsey said: “Lynsey is extremely generous with her time, providing detailed feedback, additional articles which she knows may be of use, and help on how to improve. She is a positive, enthusiastic person, who encourages each student to reach their goals and to believe in themselves and their capabilities, and she is so much appreciated by her students.”

After gaining her PhD in 2009 in the area of Food Marketing from Ulster University she continued a career in academia as a Research Fellow at Queen’s University.

In 2012 she was awarded a lectureship at Ulster University.
