Craigavon Magistrates Court ourt heard Oliveira was stopped in Bridge Street, Portadown.

He said that he had insurance and produced a certificate at his home.

Police contacted the insurance company who said the policy had been cancelled on October 5.

He added that Oliveira did not know about this and did not receive any letter. He reinstated his direct debit the next day and now had insurance.
