Intruder flees after being confronted
AN INTRUDER who gained access to a house at Ballywatermoy Road in Ballymena was forced to flee empty handed when the householder confronted him around 4:10 pm on Monday January 4.
Detectives at Ballymena are investigating the break-in and want to hear from anyone who can help to identify the culprit who has been described as being in his late teens or early 20s and approximately 5’9” tall, or anyone who noticed the man or a car travelling on the Ballywatermoy Road around the time.
