Inventive St Killian’s pupils win prizes at UUJ event

Year 9 students from St Killian’s College were among a large number of schools which attended an event in the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, recently.

The event was based on the theme of “Invent and Create.”

Pupils were able to build towers, programme robots and racing cars.

Afterwards, the students completed a quiz. Six pupils won individual prizes and the school won an opportunity to participate in engineering workshops in the university later in the term.
