Inver Area WI winners

THE many skills and talents of local Women’s Institute members were on display at the annual Inver Area WI competitions in First Larne Presbyterian Church hall.

The many exhibits were extremely hard to judge as the standard was very high. Everyone enjoyed tea and traybakes before the presentation of trophies to the winners.

Mrs Hilda Stewart, ex-world president, presented the prizes as well as accepting £700 for WI charities.
