Mayor Duddy, thanked the staff and volunteers for their hard work.

In an ideal society he said there would be no need for agencies providing advice, food parcels etc. but sadly that is not the reality and Causeway CAB will continue to be needed even more than ever.

MLA Claire Sugden, who attended the event also offered her congratulations to the local agency.

She said: “I congratulate the Causeway Citizens Advice Bureau on the unveiling of their Investors in People plaque.

“As a former volunteer with the Causeway Citizens Advice Bureau, I know of the important work that they do in our community everyday; this plaque is well deserved recognition of that.”
