Invitation to Diabetes conference
LOCAL people who are interested in volunteering are being invited to the Diabetes UK Volunteering Conference this Saturday, September 17 at the Park Plaza Hotel in Antrim.
The Conference will give those interested in volunteering, or those who already volunteer with us, the opportunity to find out about diabetes research developments, meet other people who live with diabetes and hear accounts of activities taking place in Northern Ireland.
The Conference will also talk about how volunteers can come together to provide a louder voice for those living with the condition so that improvements in care can be made.
