Irish centre guest house plan
AN Irish language centre in Londonderry is set to be converted into a guest house/hotel.
A planning application has been lodged to convert An Gaeláras at 34 Great James Street into guest accommodation.
The plan is to provide 12 double ensuite guest bedrooms in association with An Chulturlann.
