Schemes are planned in the following areas: Spine, Rathlin Island; Lighthouse, Rathlin; Portawillan, Rathlin; Seneirl Road; Carnelis Road; Carnkirk Road; Moycraig Road; Ballyallaght Road; Lisnagat Road; Haw Road; Islandboy Road; Isle Road; Dunseverick Road; Castlenagree Road; Urbal Road; Cushleake Road; Glenshesk Road; Knockans Road and Churchfield Road.
