He had been sleeping rough and his mother said he could stay at her house.

A solicitor for Agnew said he had been staying at a hostel in Armagh but had left because of negative peers at the hostel.

He added that the defendant had been residing in the park for three or four nights and his sister had located him. She could not care for him but his mother told him to come back to her house.

The solicitor said Agnew was getting some food and clothes before contacting the social services to get alternative accommodation but they contacted the police.

He added that the mother wished to have the non molestation order discharged.
