Maeve Fox, community fundraising manager from Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, said: “Thank you to Jim for organising the Drive for Life and to all the car owners who came along and got involved. It was a brilliant event and we are very pleased to accept a cheque for £300 that will go directly towards helping and supporting local people and their families living with a cancer diagnosis in Northern Ireland.

“Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is a local charity committed to tackling cancer by supporting cancer research, providing services for cancer patients and their families and by educating people in how they can reduce their risk of the disease. Our work is only possible due to the generosity of local people who raise almost £4m needed annually to provide our care and support services, free of charge, to cancer patients, carers and their families in Northern Ireland.
