John Ingram Memorial run

Rathfriland Motorcycle Club has thanked the local Council for its continued support of the John Ingram Memorial Motorcycle Charity Run.

The Lord Mayor, Darryn Causby is providing the club with a tea and sandwich reception on completion of the 9th annual Charity Run this Sunday.

The run which remembers the club’s late president, Councillor John Ingram, will once again be run on the first Sunday of October (4th) and follow the similar format so successfully used before.

Paticipants will meet up at 2.00pm in the Coach car park, Banbridge and leave at 2.30pm with a loop around the Co. Down coastline, leaving Banbridge to Newry , Rathfriland, Rostrevor, Newcastle and back to Banbridge. The run will finish in the Council Building at approximately 4.30pm with a welcome cup of tea, sandwich and a good old chat.

The money raised from this years run will be donated to the Southern Area Hospicee. Please come along and join them for a great ride out and support a good cause. All welcome!
