Joint effort sees essential supplies delivered to Larne care homes

Three local flute bands have joined with Larne and District Great War Society to deliver essential supplies to care homes in the area.

Clydevalley, Constable Anderson Memorial, and Anderson's Auld Boys flute bands provided boxes of hand sanitiser and face masks as part of the Factory Community Forum response network.

"These four local organisations have offered tremendous support to our network over the past eight weeks," the Forum said.

Meanwhile, members of Constable Anderson Memorial Flute Band also helped Antiville Residents' Forum to deliver food parcels to the elderly today (Wednesday).
