Just eight percent of new build in city
JUST eight per cent of new build social housing properties completed in Northern Ireland over the past five years were in Londonderry, according to the Housing Minister Nelson McCausland.
Mr McCausland told SDLP MLA Mark H. Durkan how 599 new builds were completed here between 2006/7 and 2010/11 compared with a total of 7,313 across the province. He provided the details in response to an Assembly Question.
