Kells & Connor WI
PRESIDENT of Kells and Connor WI Rosemary McAllister welcomed quite an attendance to members’ night recently.
The gathering was entertained with a comic sketch entitled “The Country Store” and afterwards everyone took part in varied activities including musical spots and squares, name the body parts and resolving codes to reveal WI areas.
Monthly business was dealt with and the competition for Winter Headgear was won by Carol Adams with Marie Mewha second and Eleanor Worthington third. Magazine winner was Anna Murphy.
