A public prosecutor said that on August 1 last year at 9.20pm police went to an address in Lurgan and saw the defendant sitting in the front garden.

Culloo, who was heavily intoxicated, told police; “Don’t you f—king touch me.” She kicked an officer on the leg.

The other injured party said there had been a barbecue at the house and Culloo kicked her, causing her to fall to the ground.

A barrister representing the defendant said his client had no previous convictions and her regret and remorse had come across in the report.
