Kids of promise - a great success

There was great excitement as children from all over the Community made new friends and took part in a huge range of activities. There was lots of opportunity to burn off energy and the children were very enthusiastic in their “warm up aerobics” each morning (as the leaders tried to keep up!); the walls were vibrating as a result!! There was also arts and crafts classes where the kids created very colourful flowers and frogs! The “cookery time” proved to be very popular and taste buds were tempted with colourful creations of all shapes and sizes! Bible truths were taught each day through imaginative storytelling and lively kid’s worship. Each morning’s programme made sure that boredom was just not an option!

Children’s Ministry plays a very important and integral part within Ballymoney Church of God. The Kids of Promise staff team have a passion for the Gospel message and treat each child as an individual. Much time and effort was invested in preparing for Kids of Promise week and it certainly was well rewarded with smiling faces all around.

Ballymoney Church of God has a heart for the Community and Kids of Promise certainly reached out beyond the Church walls to children of all ages from all over town.
