Knockahollet running well for Belfast City Marathon
ALTHOUGH its only the start of February, already the teachers, pupils and parents at Knockahollet Primary School are up and running as they get into training for the Belfast City Marathon on Monday 3rd May.
With over 20 parents already signed up, plus past and present pupils who will be doing the 3 mile Fun Run, it is hoped a lot of money will be raised for school funds.
The group was joined by Mr Jeff McNeill who is a Personal Trainer. Mr McNeill spoke to the group on various topics such as; how to prep-are safely for running, warming up and cooling down; wearing the right trainers and food for thought.
