Kular bid for new café
PLANS have been lodged to convert a Londonderry city centre commercial unit into a café and take-away.
S & P S Kular Ltd. has applied for permission to make the changes at 6 and 8 Pump Street.
The clothes retailer previously applied for permission to open a roof top bistro at the same address.
