Ladies committee planning 40th anniversary event

The Banbridge Rugby Club Ladies Committee have reached 40 years of service and are having a celebratory dinner to mark the occasion.

The Ladies Committee was founded in 1974 to support the men’s club in the catering of events and functions in Rifle Park.

From then until now the Committee has flourished and Banbridge Rugby Club is the envy of clubs all over Ireland for the assistance and support the Ladies Committee provide.

The Committee are keen to contact any past members to join the celebrations on Friday May 16.

Ladies who were part of the team anytime from 1974 are asked to contact Barbara Cairns on 07990 537504 to express their interest in attending the dinner.
