Ladies pay silent tribute to Beatrice

HILLHALL: At the June meeting of Hillhall WI the President Roberta Ferguson and members stood for a minute’s silence in memory of their friend and member Beatrice Thompson, who had passed away.

Beatrice was a willing and loyal member and her quiet, thoughtful and ladylike presence will be greatly missed.

The ladies welcomed Mr Jim Curran from the RNLI who spoke about the bravery and dedication shown by both the Lifeboat crews and the Lifeguards.
