LAG group formed

A total of 182 individuals have signed up to play their part in shaping rural development in the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon area by becoming Local Action Group (LAG) members.

Speaking on behalf of the Rural Network for Northern Ireland, Teresa Canavan, Chief Executive, Rural Development Council said:

“There is a real diversity of individuals keen to get involved in their LAG. This will be the key ingredient in ensuring the success and productivity of each group and its impact in the development of their local areas.”

Registered members can to become a Board Director - nomination forms at www.ruralnetworkni.org.uk - must be returned by 5pm on 7 January.
