Landmark site for auction
Carrick’s Wilson Endowed Building will go under the hammer at auction next month.
The former council offices at Lancasterian Street will feature in Osborne King’s property auction at the Holiday Inn, Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, on Thursday 8 December.
The two-storey building, which is vacant, has a maximum reserve price of £130,000.
