Lane change collision
Three penalty points were imposed on a motorist whose car drifted into the lane of another car causing an accident.
Donald Fegan (22), Lurgantarry, Lurgan, was also fined £75 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without due care and attention on November 25 last year at Market Street. Lurgan.
Mr Peter Murphy, representing the defendant, said that the other vehicle in the outside lane was going very quickly. As he pulled out there was a glancing collision.
