The company, started by husband and wife Stephen and Grace Weir in 2007, has tapped into the growing need for international communications on a global scale and export sales now account for 91 per cent of its turnover.

Managing Director Stephen Weir commented: “From our base at Willowbank in Larne we are able to organise communications to and from any language in the world.

“We have a bespoke office which meets our need for fast, efficient electronic communication and we have enough space to increase our workforce as the business grows.

“We are working from a cost effective base in Larne but able to compete on a world stage.”

Chief Executive Officer of LEDCOM Ken Nelson commented that the success of this company was down to its director’s innovative thinking and ability to embrace new technology.
