Larne Rotary offers chance of a lifetime in New Zealand

larne Rotary Club is offering a fantastic opportunity to local young professionals to apply for a group study exchange trip to New Zealand.

This month, six visitors from New Zealand are visiting Ireland, with the return trip to New Zealand taking place in April and May next year.

Larne Rotary Club is issuing an invitation to anyone who would like to apply for the exchange trip to submit their details before the end of September.

The guidelines for eligibility can be found on the website www.rotary. org under the Services and Fellowship section.

Applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 40; be committed to remaining in the workforce after the exchange and be in the early stages of their careers.

They must also reside in or be employed in Ireland / UK and be a citizen of Ireland or UK; they should be personable, articulate, co-operative, exemplary in their work and enthusiastic about their vocation. they should seek to gain a maximum educational value from the programme, as well as be able to fulfil the rigorous demands of international travel and active participation in an extensive itinerary.

For each team member, Rotary Foundatioin provides an air ticket. Local Rotarians in New Zealand provide meals, lodging anad group travel during the tour,
