Last call for Ballymoney entries to road safety awards

Road safety teams, schools, emergency services and members of the voluntary, public and private sectors with a keen interest and involvement in reducing the number of deaths and deaths on the roads around Ballymoney are reminded that the deadline to enter Northern Ireland’s Road Safety Awards 2015 is Friday 6th November at 5pm.

Supported by the Road Safety Council of Northern Ireland and U105, the NI Road Safety Awards recognise achievements, commitment and innovation to improve road safety and give public recognition to outstanding initiatives.

Nominations are considered under eight main categories and the winners will be announced at a high-profile ceremony at Cultra Manor on 27th November.

Organised and managed by Northern Ireland’s leading accident management services company, CRASH, the awards are open to road safety teams, individuals, businesses and other organisations, and the nomination process is easy.

The awards, which are also supported by JMK Solicitors, Green Motion car and van rental and New Driver NI, will be judged by an expert panel made up of representatives from the private, public and voluntary sectors.
