The PSNI have appealed for information on the following incidents in Ballymoney:

Detectives are investigating two recent burglaries in the Cloughmills and Ballybrakes areas.

Both burglaries involved commercial premises which were ransacked overnight between Thursday 26 February and Friday 27 February.

Cash and stock were taken during both incidents, and police are investigating possible links between the crimes.

DRINK DRIVING

Police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of drink-driving and a number of other driving offences following a collision on the Garryduff Road, Ballymoney on Saturday 28 February. The man was released on police bail as investigation continues.

THEFT FROM CAR

Police are investigating the theft of a two bags from a car in the Tamlaght Road area of Ballymoney on Sunday 01 March. The back window of the car was smashed and the bags taken.

A member of the public later handed in the bags which had been thrown along a stretch of the Garryduff Road. Officers have asked the public to ensure that all valuables are taken out of vehicles or locked out of view inside car boots.
