Officers arrested a 30 year old woman and a 43 year old man after the report of an assault at a fast food restaurant on the Ballymena Road, Ballymoney on the evening of Tuesday 18 November. Both were later released pending further enquiries. Police are asking that anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them on the non-emergency number 101.

Police arrested a 27 year old man on suspicion of assault and theft after an incident in a shop in the Queen Street area of Ballymoney on 08 November.

Police received a report of a break in at an unoccupied property in the Lisheegan Road area of Ballymoney. The break in is thought to have happened sometime between Wednesday 19 November and Friday 21 November. Extensive damage was caused to the property during the burglary with sinks smashed and doors put in. Police would ask that anyone with information on the matter contact them on the non-emergency number 101.

Police arrested a 23 year old man on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug. The arrest was made in the Portrush Road area of Ballymoney in the early hours of Saturday 22 November.

Police arrested a 19 year old man on suspicion of a range of driving offences including driving whilst unfit, no license, no insurance and taking without the owner’s consent. The arrest was made on the Frosses Road in the early hours of Sunday 23 November.

Police received a report of the theft of a car from a house in Cushendall on the night of Saturday 22 November. It is thought that the keys of the car were taken from inside the house. The car was then recovered having been crashed a short distance from the house. Anyone who may have any information on the theft of subsequent collision is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101.
