Latest: Man charged with ‘Margo’ murder
A 32-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a woman at her home in Portstewart in the summer.
Margaret ‘Margo’ Evans (69) was found beaten at her home in Knockancor Drive in the town on June 4
The man was detained on Thursday evening. He has also been charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
He is due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Friday morning.
