Dancing this Saturday 2nd August at Cookstown R.B Legion is to Kenny Paul with a Take your pick jackport of £170. There will also be Play Your Cards Right.
Dancing the following Saturday to Sweet Harmony. The Bingo continues every Wednesday at 9pm.
Members are reminder of the Service at Cookstown War Memorial at 11p, on Monday 4th August. Parade will form up at Legion car park at 10.30pm, moving off at 10.45pm. A variety concert (focus on Wartime music and poetry) takes place in the Club on Thursday 7th August at 8.30pm featuring Tom Sweeney and others.
Village plan
Sandholes Community Group have organised a meeting with the Rural Development Council (RDC) on Wednesday (August 6) at 8pm in Sandholes Orange Hall to draw up a village plan. Everyone welcome.
