Latest: Two separate crashes cause road chaos in Moneymore
No one was seriously injured in the two separate road accidents which brought traffic chaos to Moneymore this morning.
There were lengthy delays while police dealt with the crashes at Smith Street, where a car had ploughed into the railings at the Assembly Rooms just after 8.15am.
And about half an hour later police were called to a two-vehicle crash at the Cookstown Road end of the village.
Traffic was delayed for upwards of 45 minutes, while two ambulances were called to the scene.
