Latest: Woman killed in crash on Moneymore to Cookstown road
A woman in her 50’s has died following a one vehicle RTC on the Moneymore Road, Cookstown in the early hours of this morning.
The accident occurred at approximately 2.30 am on Sunday.
Inspector Andrew Hood said: “I appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision or saw anyone walking on the Moneymore Road, Cookstown between 2 am and 2.30 am or has any information in relation to the accident, to please contact us at Cookstown on 101.”
The accident comes just 24 hours after the death of 23-year-old Jayne Burnside from Cookstown who was struck by a vehicle on Gortagammon Road, Tullyhogue on Saturday morning.
